So the tart should have been put in the oven for 15 min at 400 degress and then reduced to 350 degress for 25 min but I cooked it for 25 min at 400! Do I reduce to 350, tent and cook another 15 minutes? The crust is looking dark and done to me.

If the interior isn’t done yet (you don’t say what kind of tart) cover the top with foil to continue baking. Of course by now, you probably have it out of the oven. Don’t worry—we all do this sometime and usually everything turns out OK. Just don’t tell anyone what you did when you serve it. They will think it was supposed to look and taste just like it is. Accept the praise.

I totally agree with Kathleen - we’ve all been there… don’t say a word and no one will be the wiser.
