Does anybody know where I can purchase them, as Amazon won’t ship them to Italy (like many other items….)
Any european retailer?

Maghina,

If you can’t purchase cake strips, do you know that you can make your own with foil and paper towels?

It is in TCB.  You wet paper towels and fold them the height of your pans, then wrap them in foil, this all being as long as the circumference of your pan.

I’m also in Europe, and I made my own using old bath towels. I sewed strips the height and sizes I needed, and just soak them in cold water before using them. Easier to use and less mess that that wet-paper-towell-aluminium-foil-method. More environmentally friendly, also.

This is a Canadian sight that carries different strips, including Roses’, and she says she ships all over the world.
