I want to make the chocolate lava cakes but cannot find the the right pan for it. Rose recommends 4 oz silicone muffin containers and I am wondering if anyone has a brand recommendation and a web site/ store name that I can buy the molds from. Most of the muffin containers seem smaller than 4 oz. and the jumbo muffin pans seem too big. This is my first attempt at the lava cakes and some body please help me.

Have you thougth about using small ramakins, the ones for custards and such. I think they are about 4 oz. You just have to make sure they are coated and lined with parchment well so the cakes come out.  Or jumbo muffin tins.
