Does anyone have a recipe for brown Irish Soda bread that they would be willing to share?  I’ve just returned from Ireland and would like to make the bread.  The recipes that I’ve seen online are made with both whole wheat and white flour and could not produce the rich brown color and thick texture that I’ve come to love.

I think there’s a recipe in Jeffrey Hamelman’s book.
