when i posted rose’s chart for servings and the rose factor I did it with the intention of helping out. I didn’t realize that I did a no/no. I just got so tired of flipping back and forth in the cake bible I put it in to chart use for myself and seeing all of the questions about the rose factor and servings sizes, I thought that other people could benefit from it by just printing it out for their own use. I guess I didn’t make that clear in the posting. I think it is gone now, I can’t seem to find it. So again, I’m sorry and didn’t mean to infringe on any copy righted material. Just trying to help others with the same questions as me.

Colleen, you are so kind to have done that, and you’re right, it would have been very useful.  Unfortunately, Rose’s publishers could close down the forums if we make it a practice to post copyrighted material from her books.  If I get the OK from the site’s administrators, I will re-post your charts here.  Otherwise, we’ll have to stick with PMs. 

I deleted the original posts and sent them to you in a PM in case you hadn’t saved a copy for yourself.
