Hey Everyone,

I went cake tasting the other day (for my wedding) and we found a few flavors we really liked, so I was curious if you had any thoughts on where to find similar recipes….

  * Almond
  * Lemon Raspberry
  * Mint Chocolate Chip

Any thoughts?  I am not really sure what type of cake they were… maybe some sort of chiffon?... They were pretty moist.  It was just a single layer of cake with some buttercream on top… no fillings or anything.
