From a fallen moist genoise, Such a sad disappointment, Came an idea for my own brownie cake!
I noticed that Martha Day’s Brownie from http://www.amazon.co.uk/1000-Recipes-Martha-Day/dp/1843092697 and the Cake Bible’s Moist genoise had a lot in common, by combining techiques (such a cooking the chocolatewith water ), I developed this brownie with a lovely superior, moist, fluffy, texture and delicious not-too-sweetness about it.
