Just saw on ebay $5 Lekue cake pans with free shipping. Rose recommends these for lining cheesecake pans for water baths. I think they normally run around $15:

i stole these from ebay, too!  they are usually 9.5” which are perfect outside a 9” springform.  they also come on 10” and also on 9”, often, mislabeled on ebay, so there are small chances to take.
