A cake my friend Zerin and I baked. =)
DEVILS FOOD CAKE WITH CARAMEL GANACHE. Both from RHC.
The ganache we used for piping on top was from a recipe by zoe of Artisan bread in 5.

Have a great day!!

Wow. I’ve tried piping dots with ganache and it was not very easy - hard to make them round and the same shape. So I can’t believe that you piped ganache into roses. Trully amazing!

Oh my, those perfect roses look like they are effortlessly floating on that ganache river. Ahhh, what a posh creation. It is truly delectable looking!

This cake is beautiful.  The roses are amazing.  I did try to make this cake and I must have measured something wrong when I made the ganache, because even after standing 24 hours at room temperature, it was too liquid to frost the cake.  I’ve been avoiding trying it again.  I will have to give it a try.

Great Job!
