Maida Heatter has an Oreo Cookie cake in her Great American Desserts cookbook; it is a basic white sour cream cake baked in a bundt pan with chopped oreos in it. You could do the same with just about any white sour cream cake recipe. Pour some of the batter in the pan, sprinke the chopped cookies over it, then pour the rest of the batter over it. Don’t try to marble it, that will just push some of the cookie chunks to the bottom of the pan.
