Started a double batch of biga to make the tuscan bread - so I am ready to make bread today - put 7 ounces of biga in the mixer bowl then added ALL the ingredients and mixed - including the salt - is the bread ruined and should I cut my losses and start again with the remainder of the biga or will it rise and be ok. Too handicapped by making bread machine bread where all the ingredients go in at once unless adding raisins nuts etc.
