My Mousseline Buttercream roses

I do not think I posted this (hope not).  This is my sweet potato cake with mousseline buttercream (I think).  LOL I basically wanted to practice piping.  The photography is not good but you can see the roses. The bc held up well— I just need practice.  I do love this buttercream.
