Mine are on the refrigerator.  I also bought a little calculator and put a few strips of magnetic tape on the back, so it hangs on the fridge next to the list.  It makes it fast to figure out the weight of a tablespoon from the list, etc.

I keep a three-ring binder on my kitchen counter ... when I make or print copies of my most frequently used recipes, I punch them and keep them in there in alphabetical order.  It only takes a couple minutes to do but it has saved me tons of time.  When I’m ready to cook, I just pull the recipe I need out of the binder and clip it up.

I keep a 3 ring binder as well.  As a matter of fact, It’s time for a second one .
