WOW! They are so gorgeous. I must say, it will be a loooong time before I would undertake something so difficult - yet thrilling - an accomplishment. Kudos.

Thanks Joan.  I still haven’t gotten them exactly how I want them…the fondant was a little too thick on the top, and the pastry could have been flakier…but I’m getting there.
