Silver Sage, Tangerine, and Empire Red, are getting along nicely, plus all their cousins on the family.

The business wants to make killer fresh pasta (lasagne, tagliatelle, pappardelle, and tortellini), grind fresh steak on small batches, strain fruit conserves, and make small breads. Of course whipping IMBC 15.3 every other day, savoiardi daily, flan and chocolate ganache as ordered!
The Hobart 12/20 qt will be nice!
