Silver Sage, Tangerine, and Empire Red, are getting along nicely, plus all their cousins on the family.

Can’t wait to get a few more to run my business venture.  Will want every customer to see these in action, a plexiglas wall will be a must to contain the noise, plus making sure I wear my ear plugs as I do now even when I run just one at a time!

The business wants to make killer fresh pasta (lasagne, tagliatelle, pappardelle, and tortellini), grind fresh steak on small batches, strain fruit conserves, and make small breads.  Of course whipping IMBC 15.3 every other day, savoiardi daily, flan and chocolate ganache as ordered!

The Hobart 12/20 qt will be nice!
