Of all the funny customer stories I’ve had, this takes the cake… literally.

A customer tells me that she will send someone to pick up the doll cake she ordered. When the person picking up the cake arrives ....he’s driving a motorcycle! And just how was he going to be able to transport a 5 lb, 1 1/2 foot tall cake????!!! Why the heck would the customer send someone on a motorcycle to pick up a cake???? And what the heck made him think he could do it?

He ended up parking his puny little motorcycle down the road and hailing a cab.

I haven’t heard back from her so I assume the cake made it through.

Don’t you just hate it when people abandon common sense? Even a cake virgin would know you can’t hold a big cake and drive a motorcycle at the same time!

Once at a pizza take out place, I’ve seen people slip the pizza box vertically on their backpacks!  I can never forget this scene.

I don’t know who the bigger moron is - the cake purchaser or the biker guy, LOL.  Just shaking my head.

Sweet Coconut Cookie Tart Crust blind baked.  Passion Curd Cream filling.  Biscuit Roulade charlotte rings.  Flavor was bit too intense since I got my salted and unsalted butter mixed up!  Always use unsalted!
