Since I had a lot of white chocolate to use up, I made this recipe for a brunch. Make sure to plan ahead before making it because it will need to sit out overnight twice, during the preparation, as per the instructions. The mousse tasted like caramel and the topping was the magic that made it terrific. Crunchy like white chocolate toffee! So good. I have tried to download my thumbprints to no avail. So here is the blog site:

Wow, Dar, that is just so beautiful and really elegantly presented.  And just incredibly inviting.  You’ve made it looks exactly how you describe its taste.  So impressive!!!

Julie, thank you. None left, but I was able to get two small ramekins along with the six servings out of the recipe.

Loopy, the brunch was fun. Thanks for the kind words.

Darm, beautiful job! I have to try this. Your styling/photos always look like they could be part of a magazine article.

Matthew: I hope that you do try this recipe. You can use your leftover cigar wafers from your most beautiful Rose’s Chocolate Tomato Cake. Your talent for styling/photos are the goals which we strive to attain. Thank you, Matthew.
