Since I had a lot of white chocolate to use up, I made this recipe for a brunch. Make sure to plan ahead before making it because it will need to sit out overnight twice, during the preparation, as per the instructions. The mousse tasted like caramel and the topping was the magic that made it terrific. Crunchy like white chocolate toffee! So good. I have tried to download my thumbprints to no avail.
