I’ll soon be getting a Blackberry, and I was wondering if anyone knows if it’s possible to read and post to this forum with one.  A friend of mine at work can do her Facebook page via Blackberry, but my inerest lies (lay?) here!

I have no problem with this page either on iPad or Droid.  Pages with Flash are difficult (impossible) to post too, so you should be fine.

Do you happen to know what I do to do this?

When you get your blackberry, you’ll just log onto the internet and go to this site.  Then you can bookmark it.

Yes, but I’ve never even held one in my hand, so I didn’t know if you can even do this with a Blackberry or if I had to download something somewhere.  I guess I should say I’m helpful with respect to software used at my work…not globally!!!  Probably everyone here knows more than I do with respect to anything else.  Hell, I don’t even have a facebook page or use twitter or anything.

Anne, is your work getting you the blackberry, or are you getting one for personal use? If it’s the latter, have you considered an iPhone? I used to be a bberry user but I’m converted now! The web browsing capabilities of the iPhone are unparalleled in my opinion! Though typing on a bberry is still easier…

Hey, Charles T!  I see what you mean.  Got my blackberry, and it’s nothing at all to do!  I thought I’d have to download something.  Now, if I could only get watching a YouTube video to work!!!  It errors-on me.  Any thoughts on that one?  Maybe they’re too big to buffer or something.  Thanks in advance for any of your fab know-how!!!

Awesome! Thanks, CharlesT!  Meanwhile, I discovered m.google.com/youtube.  It works most of the time!  Now I can learn more about buttercream, leveling cakes, etc. at traffic lights!

It is!  I’ve done it many times! The free Kindle app works great on it, too, if that interests you.
