Last week while out shopping I happened to see a silicone Financier mould which I’ve been looking out for, for some time. Of course I had to have it and couldn’t wait to try it out. I chose to make the Barcelona Brownies and can recommend them, easy enough to make and lovely to eat! The mixture made more than I needed to fill this mould with its 9 indentations so I filled another 5 little r!ound brioche moulds also. Very pleased with my purchase and they were easy to turn out, just pushed them out from underneath, easy peasy.
