Thank you very much, Bill. I appreciate that. Carrot cake is not my favorite either, but this was one I didn’t get to eat, so it didn’t make a difference which cake I made this time. I did eat a little of the tops that were removed after leveling and I did like how it tasted and I thought the recipe was really good. I spoke with my friend who I made the cake for and she said everyone at the party loved it.
