Well, it would be great to have gone to France for the making of it, but no, I was only planning to go see the film when it’s released in theatres next month.

This looks like it will an amazing film.  I do hope that it plays in Canada.

I see. I misunderstood the article. I thought it hadn’t been filmed yet. I definitely want to see this.

Watched Kings of Pastry, the desserts created were absolutely stunning, and had incredible skill.Man is so gifted!!

It was indeed a very tough competetion, like how they said, was something like the Olympics.

Saw this yesterday, and I liked it a lot.  Had a very different feel than food network shows, which I found more meaningful and refreshing.  Made for a wonderful afternoon!

Saw this over the weekend. It’s available on Netflix watch instantly. It’s an amazing show. I agree that it’s different than a network (food network) shows. Very grueling and competitive. Those guys are all super talented!

I was mesmerized with their sugar sculpture, especially the part that they stretch out. Would love to know how those are made.

I loved the fact that, unlike the judges in American food contest shows who retain a cool demeanor and a stony face, the chief judge in this contest was so overcome with emotion he kept on throwing his head back, closing his eyes and swallowing hard in order to gather the strength to read out the names of the winners. It was Sooooo French.

This is where I saw this, Netflix. I really admire their dedication and endurance. The chef who made the announcement and felt so sad that he cannot possibly call everyone’s name, I think knew how they all felt. He was a good man for feeling for the ones who did not make it. Love the show. I also watched Ramsey’s Best Kitchen, all episodes and I love it.
