I would like to know if you might be able to assist me in my search for a non-phyllo dough recipe for Israeli cheese borakes. I conducted an on-line search which wasn’t returning the results I want so I thought I’d post here to reach a broad audience of bakers. I look forward to your replies, if any come through.
