Newbie here ... and I have not figured out yet how to update my profile and upload a photo.
I now have three of your books which include “The Cake Bible”, “The Pie and Pastry Bible” and “Rose’s Heavenly Cakes” and I am ready to go!
My question is I notice in your Heavenly Cakes recipes you call for a springform pan and in back of this book and the Cake Bible you say you prefer Magic Line’s loose bottom pans which I just received the 9x3” one. So can I use the Magic Line pan for any recipe that calls for a springform pan?
