Does anyone know of a good online baking equipment shop based in Europe? If there is anyone who knows about this, please advise. Sweden is not exactly baking territory, unfortunately. Even specialized shops here have a very limited stock.

I am baking lots of breads, from baguettes, Ciabatta, sour dough to pies, cakes and pastries. About everything in other words.. My favorite is sour dough bread with mainly wheat and added rye or full wheat.

I suggest you look at some German products. I’ve lived in Germany and it is Baking Heaven. You can get everything at the grocery or department store. Here is the site for Kaiser-Backform in Germany:

When I lived there, I bought a KitchenAid food processor and a vacuum cleaner online at eBay.de. Many stores in Germany list themselves on eBay. You get a new item.
