I ordered some citrus oils from Boyajian, and they included a free bottle of natural maple flavor.  Anyone have any good ideas for how to use this?  I’ve never tried it.

I only found maple vinegar on the website, no natural maple favoring… I guess I would maybe try using it to flavor buttercream, whipped cream, ice cream, etc.  Or maybe use in a glaze on Salmon (?).

Thanks, I looked on their site too and they don’t have it for sale anymore—maybe that’s why I got it as a freebie.  Whipped cream is a great idea.  I think I will go with that—maybe for pecan or pumpkin pie.  I did think about the buttercream, but I’m not THAT crazy about maple and plus I didn’t want to ruin a batch of buttercream experimenting.
