I just needed a coffee cake (for myself)! This is an excellent, moist, homey cake. I baked it in a 10 cup tube pan instead of a 6 cup pan and 2 cupcakes and turned just perfect.

Looks just perfect!  Any leftovers for me?

Leftovers are actually a problem, as I have too much. My husband doesn’t like cake (I know, I know… but I still love him) , my son would have only cake, but he shouldn’t, and I really, REALLY, shouldn’t be eating a whole cake by myself. So I divided it in 3 pieces and froze them.
And yes, if you are anywhere near Toronto you are more than welcome to come pick up your share!

I made this cake over the weekend.  I used the 6-cup Bundt pan + 2 cupcakes that the recipe calls for.  I added a confectioner’s sugar glaze poured over the cake while it was still warm.  This is an excellent cake; my family and I enjoyed it a lot.
