How are the freight costs?

I think my last order was around $25-30 CDN (shipped from Ontario to Saskatchewan), but I have no idea what it would cost to ship to the US.  I know a small parcel within the country will cost about $10, so 3 boxes with a large weight seemed reasonable to me.  If you arrange your own shipping (have a courier come and p/u) they will be fine with that as well so you may get a better rate going with a courier.  Where are you located?  Perhaps there is something in the same country as you are located.
