Rose always says that her cakes don’t perform well in 3” pans.  Sorry.

hiii gaviota4fly as per TCB and RHC , her recipe are for 2inch or 1.2 inch tall pans. However my pan sizes are really weird (8.27 x 3.149) I baked Chocolate Torte which came out fine I had used flower nail. I also tried baking White Whisper cake it was fine but was lil under bake as I did not use any heating core, but I need to retry it..

I would suggest give a shot it may work

Best of luck smile)

Thank you all for your responses!!! But this lead me to another question; How can I bake a Birthday cake or a wedding cake using the recipes from TCB. I’m in love with the delicious recipes and I want to bake successful wedding cakes and birthday cakes that are tall.

To achieve height, you’ll need to stack layers.
