Its a chocolate Genoise with Cheery liquor syrup , frosted with whipped cream and Mousseline buttercream deco.

Wow..Wow..Wow!  Puts me in the holiday spirit just looking at it.  Btw..love the idea of ‘cheery’ liquor syrup. LOL

YUM!  I love chocolate genoise with cherry liquor.  LOVE IT.  I have made it many times.  Great job…looks beautiful

Hiii Janet I am really happy to know u liked it ... actually this is the base cake of swiss Black forest (TCB), instead of regular white and cherry deco.. i used red and green colours to get the christmas theme cake:)

Hii Jenn smile Cake tastes lovely.. this is my favourite cake from TCB…

Mostly people love Yellow cake but my favourite is this Chocolate GEnoise. Its not that sweet and chocolatey and with the syrup it strikes a perfect blend of flavours smile
