I am at my brothers house and baking between power tools. ![]()
The cookie sheets he has are very thick. My spritz cookies are too dark on the bottom and too light on the top.
I lowered the temp and took them out sooner. They are lighter on the bottom but still not browning on top..at all.
What am I doing wrong?
Also:
Do I sprinkle the sanding sugar on before or after I bake them?
