Baby Lemon Cheesecake Question

Hi, I was reading over the baby lemon cheesecake recipe in rose’s heavenly cake book and found no baking temperature.  I’m I to assume it bakes from the heat of a the hot water bath? since 160 degrees isn’t that much?  When it says hot hot water, does this mean shy of boiling or will boiling water be okay?

dachie, thanks for pointing this out.  I do think there is an oven temp but it was omitted by mistake.  It is probably 350F, but I’ll check with Rose.

yes—350˚F. it got left out during the design process.
