I received a gift of 5 lbs of White Lilly flour - all purpose - what do I use it for? Does it replace bleached all purpose? I read on their website about weighing it when substituting for another flour but I curious if anyone uses this - impossible to get in New York flour?

This a low-protein flour, especially suitable for biscuits.  If it doesn’t contain leavening, it might also work for pie crusts.
