I’m filling and decorating a cake tomorrow Saturday for a Sunday event at 1:00 pm.  Can I leave the decorated cakes out of the fridge (they will be covered in fondant) overnight with the passion fruit curd?

check pie and pastry bible regarding storage, if ok at room temp, then you will be fine.  But for fruit curd cream, it should remain refrigerated.
