In TCB, Rose mentions using Tang in some buttercreams. Is this the powdered drink Tang? Rose says it’s mainly orange oil, and I don’t know of any other Tang except the powdered drink by Kraft foods.

Yes, she means that Tang, but I am sure she would recommend using boyajian orange oil now instead of tang—this was over 22 years ago.

Boyajian oil taste much better than Tang. And the smell is so fragrant (in a good way). My co workers still talk about the bc that I made (neoclassic) with orange flower water and orange oil from boyajian.
