These are the Chocolate Sticky Buns from the Bread Bible. Made them for a meeting today, and even though I’ve made them once before, I’d forgotten how very, very good they are. I’m having one now
The only issue I ever have with these, and I seem to have this issue with a number of the higher-hydration breads, is that they stick to the pan. Maybe I’m overdoing the hydration thing?
Parchment or a silpat allows them to release easily. Perhaps I need to get a non-stick pan for these (I used a 10x2 cake pan).
