Hi Everyone!
Currently i am using the Wilton Icing Color set - and to be honest - i feel that i have to use alot of the color gel to achieve the color i wish for the my cakes.  I am trying to find a brand with more intense coloring power so i don’t have to use so much of the color - because i don’t want the taste of the coloring in the buttercream.  Anyone have any particular brand that they this is superior to Wilton’s?
  Thanks!

I use Americolor gel colors.  They are alot better than the wilton colors.  You will not need to use as much.

I second Liza on the Americolor. I just started using food coloring (for cookies mostly) and bought Wilton. Was quickly disappointed. Then I bought Americolor. It is much better. With Americolor you actually need to be careful not to use too much, as the color is pretty strong.

Yes, I have heard that Chefmaster is quite good too, but I have not seen it around my area.
