I just joined the forum and was hoping that people might have suggestions for really GOOD Passover recipes, especially parve desserts. Looking forward to your suggestions.

I enjoy a book called Jewish Holiday Baking by Marcy Goldman.  She is Canadian.  She also has a website called betterbaking.com.  Marcy is the one who “invented” matzo crunch.  Check out her books in the library.  Good luck!

You might find this link useful. An archive of Jewish recipes, many of them pareve. I haven’t tried any of them personally, so you’ll have to see what you think. Also has a link to their Jewish cookbook bibliography with over 200 titles!
