Oh my Julie.  surprised  What made you decide to bake a chiffon in a non-stick pan?  Although I am glad I now know not to do it.

Well, I really didn’t focus on the fact that it was non-stick, it was the only springform I had and I needed one so I grabbed it without really thinking…  red face
