I saw on a thread in cakes (begun by Wallace this week) that there is a video on Rose’s blog about the Miette’s Tomboy cake in RHC. Am having trouble finding this video. Is there a way to search for a specific video in the blog? I haven’t found a way to do this so can’t find this particuly video. thanks.

Susan, the video is not of Miette Tomboy but of Mousseline buttercream. The reference to Miette Tomboy is because Rose used a different method of making mousseline for the Miette cake (vs. her method in The Cake Bible). The link to the video is here:
