Just wanted to share a picture of the cake I made for my niece’s b’day. Thank you Rose for “The Chart” which is worth its weight in gold. I was able to make a 10” cake with no problem. Something I could never have done before I bought the Cake Bible. I would always stick to the size of cake in a recipe and I would be petrified to increase or decrease the recipe for fear of throwing the formula off balance. If I needed a cake to be larger or smaller I would look for a recipe that specifically made that size of cake. I would then have to make a test cake to make sure the recipe was good. Finally, FREEDOM to make a cake in any size and not worry about the formula. Thank you Rose you are the best!
