Just wanted to share a picture of the cake I made for my niece’s b’day. Thank you Rose for “The Chart” which is worth its weight in gold. I was able to make a 10” cake with no problem. Something I could never have done before I bought the Cake Bible. I would always stick to the size of cake in a recipe and I would be petrified to increase or decrease the recipe for fear of throwing the formula off balance. If I needed a cake to be larger or smaller I would look for a recipe that specifically made that size of cake. I would then have to make a test cake to make sure the recipe was good. Finally, FREEDOM to make a cake in any size and not worry about the formula. Thank you Rose you are the best!

Wow Rozanne, it’s FANTASTIC!!!  I love the M&Ms;, and your piping looks wonderful.  How many cupcakes were on top?  Which cake recipe did you make?  What buttercream did you use?

Thank you Patricia and Hector.  I placed eight cupcakes on top. One regret with the cupcakes…......after I baked them I put them into another cupcake liner and it looked as though the cupcakes had separated from the liner when in fact it hadn’t. I used Rose’s White velvet cake recipe for the cupcakes and the chocolate butter cake recipe from the chart. The cake was filled with chocolate ganache and frosted with mousseline buttercream.

Thank you everyone! The M&Ms;..........they do look pretty good even though I say so myself, it was so time consuming but worth the effort I guess.
