I have Rose’s Christmas Cookies and the Pie and Pastry Bible and am looking at Rugelach.
In the Christmas cookies book, on page 126, there is a recipe for Lora Brody’s Rugelach.
In the Pie and Pastry Bible, page 138 there is a recipe for “Un regelach mini turnovers”
The way I’m reading them, they are identical recipes save the Unreglach has half the ingredients but the techniques are the same. Has anyone made BOTH? Does anyone out there have a preference between them?
