Hi Shokat, I did this on a very limited basis the other week, but there were only three of us and two cakes. I made the Chocolate Domingo and the Perfect All-American Chocolate torte both from TCB. The domingo had powdered sugar on top and the PAAC I glazed with ganache, so it wasn’t a completely equal contest. So, one person liked the PAAC (thought it was denser), I liked the Domingo (thought it was moister), and the third person couldn’t tell the difference between the two. It would have been great to have a third or fourth cake in the mix, though. Let us know the outcome if you decide to do this!
