After a recent post from Hector, I craved these little morsels. I had these straight sided silicone muffin pans, so they seemed perfect. By mistake, I left them in the refrigerator for 2 days before serving- no diminish in flavor that I could detect. If you haven’t tried these, get out the chocolate and DO IT! They are velvety on the tongue and will cure your deepest chocolate cravings. If you’d like to see all of the photos, please visit my new blog. I’d love to have you as a subscriber. I try to post new entries about twice a week.

They look wonderful!  Love the whipped cream/cherry/mint leaf garnish.

Those look great, K!  (Funny calling you K, as I don’t imagine the ‘real’ K in this context at all!)  I love the garnish, also.  I didn’t see the rest of the photos on your blog, though. The most recent post I see is the tumeric post (quate interesting, BTW).

Great blog post, K!  Nice seeing all the pics in context—and nice to know that little topper was a brandied cherry.  I just made them for the first time, and they may be one of my favorite things on the planet!!  All sounds wonderful with the sweetened whipped cream, etc!
