Just sharing a pic of my 2nd fondant cake which I made for a Mother’s Day party and my best friend’s house. Everyone thought it looked lovely, it’s simple but I admit the flowers were store-bought. My next advtture is learning to make my own sugarpaste flowers.
The cake is Rose’s Butter Cream cake—- so so delicious.
And the filling/crumb coat is swiss meringue buttercream with lemon extract. Very yummy and simple.
