Does anyone know if this is available in Canada or something similar to this in Canada?

Perhaps the Canadians will chime in shortly, but as an alternative, there’s always the strawberry puree from the Cake Bible as a homemade substitute. It’s wonderful.

i’ve tried the strawberry puree but it seemed to not have a very strong strawberry taste. I had used costco strawberries (frozen) but will try another brand next time I guess.

I live in the US (Indiana) and I have never seen American Spoon Foods products at any of the stores or supermarkets where I shop. So I always buy them online. They ship to Canada, as well.

If they have them in Canada, I highly doubt they will be easy to find. So your best bet is to buy them online (like me, even though I’m in the US!)

If you have trouble finding the strawberry butter in a reasonable way, you can try powdering freeze-dried strawberries and adding those to your frosting to along with strawberrry puree (to make it more potent) or simply use it instead of puree.
