Easy! Delicious! Fun to arrange apples! Everyone loved it!
I used Pink Crisps, and they worked very well with their sweet-tartness. They kept a nice bite.
You can see the difference between the appearance of the cake on the first day (shiny) and after spending the night in the fridge. Tasted fab, though. Moist, delicious and apply.
The cake part, even without any apples or anything, is simply phenomenal. I made this at the recommendation of Flour Girl—thanks, FB, I love this cake!!
