Whipped Cream Question

I need whipped cream recipe that will stand up to four layers of cake.
I was wondering about the super stabilized recipe - but I think I need “sturdy”.

I have a corn allergy, co I can not use corn syrup or corn products.

Any ideas?

I have used this many times between four layer of cake.  I usually let it set in the fridge for a bit before I fill my cakes.  I just made a white velvet cake with strawberry cloud filling ( stabilized whipped cream and strawberry puree )  and it worked out perfect.
I don’t think that anything else will give you a sturdier whipped cream frosting.  Also you can increase the amount of gelatin a bit.  I have done this before with no ill effects on the filling.
