This week I couldn’t follow along with the HCB because I had already made the cake so I chose to do the chocolate feather bed instead!
It was so delicious! I have gotten so OCD about the eggs in the génoise that I actually went to the grocery store in the middle of baking because I was 9 out of 112 grams short. In the end it was totally worth it because the cake was wonderful. It was definitely a crowd pleaser and i’ll be keeping the recipe for later use!
