This is the cake that I made with Rose’s classic Rolled Fondant. The design of the cake was coppied from Debbi Brown’s book.
I used to make fondant using the recipe on Cake Central Forum, but after I tried Rose’s fondant I love it. It is easy and quick to make, also l like the matte, soft look.

That is gorgeous and adorable! I, too, like Rose’s fondant and I think it tastes good too.  I love your bears.  I made the fondant last weekend for a baby shower cake and I’m going to try my hand at modeling bears out of gum paste.  Are they hard to do?  I’m thinking of buying some Crayola Model Magic first for practice.

Never thought of using something else for practice… Let us know how that works.

Thank you all for your nice comments. I carved the cake using yellow butter cake, the fondant was flavorred with bubble gum candy flavor.
BakerJD,
You can use Wilton fondant mix with Tylose to practice the figures. Also check Maisie Parrish’s website and her books.
